Stone Temple Pilots; the song is called 'Creep' (though not to be confused with Radiohead's Creep song =)
Hmm, looking through Wikipedia there's an article that claims that this song has also been mistakenly assumed to be a Nirvana song, which - if true - would explain why googling the lyrics turns up so many sites attributing it to Nirvana. While I personally remember it coming from STP - I had the CD when it came out - I can't say for certain that Nirvana -never- sang it as, I dunno, a cover or something. At any rate, I'll include a site that has the lyrics (attributed to STP) and the Wikipedia article in the "sources" thingy below ...

Stone Temple Pilots
The lyrics the last girl posted are right, but they're totally NOT by Nirvana. They're sung by Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots. For serious.

I think you mean "creep" by Stone Temple Pilots. The chorus is:
I'm half the man I used to me
This I feel as the dawn
It fades to gray
Well, I'm half the man I used to be
This I feel as the dawn
It fades to gray
Well, I'm half the man I used to me
This I feel as the dawn
It fades to gray
Well, I'm half the man I used to be, half the man I used to be
