The DNA composed of GC base pairs will be tougher to split. it really is because there are 3 hydrogen bonds and larger stacking interactions between G and C. A and T in basic terms have 2 hydrogen bonds, making them a lot less good that GC base pairs.

anyway, try finding a model design software ofr games or map builder they work best for this type of thing, but it takes awhile to learn how to use the software
