I like this guy. but my best friend likes him too. I somehow get this feeling that he likes me so i havent told my friend about the fact that i like him too but im afraid of what will happen if he asks me out. help please?

Tell your best friend you like the same guy, but your friendship is way too important to lose. Make a pact, whoever he asks out goes.. that way it is he who is making the decision. No excess flirting or pushing by either you or her.. It is the only way to resolve the problem.. Also you have to agree that you won't be mad at each other if you are not picked...

Tell your friend you like him. If she gets upset, then you should back off. If he asks you out, turn him down.
If she's cool with it, then you can go for it without feeling guilty.
Best friends should always come before a potential boyfriend, even if it's super hard to let a cute guy get away. :)

im in that situation right now. i picked boyfriend b/c i liked him way before she did, and she STILL asked him out. and then they went out for a couple of days and then they broke up and i went out with him the same day that they broke up b/c she never even told me that they went out. but, shes mad at me, but we'll get through it. the only REAL question is, do you like him enough to risk a friendship over it? b/c im reconsidering my actions. if i were you, i would pick friend unless he was reallly worth it.

Oh, you're definately on the way to losing your friend. You both like the same guy and you're keeping it a secret. Decide who is more important: your friend or some guy.

Thats a hard one cause well did she like him way before you did but well i wont tell her and if he asks you out say Im sorry but I couldnt do that to my best friend. Or you can tell your best friend and she will be ok with it!!!!!

lol. well, that isn't funny. cuz im goin through the same thing. i think that if he does ask u out, your frien will be happy for u. if she aniet, tell him to choose who he wants, and doesn't need to be forced to like u or ur friend. or simply say no and this way, know feels bad or gets hurt. hey, i should take my own advice!!!! lol
