How much would a 35+yr.old record of the original 1938 War of the Worlds Radio Broadcast be worth?

It's in mint condition...just wondering an estimate on how much I could get for it without getting ripped off.

The items that are worth the most are those in which nobody thinks to save. My guess is that there are still a lot of copies existing of "The War of the Worlds". I wouldn't imagine more than $15.

check either amazon or ebay for similar items. it must be worth something!
