There are many ways to arrive at an overall score of 80-85- and many times an overall score doesn't really tell the entire picture as there may be strengths in one type of intelligence and weaknesses in another.
With that said I think success for people of any ability level depends on motivation, opportunity, work ethic and a good support system. So the type of job they get depends on these things.

IQ actually has remarkably little to do with academic achievement. It basically has to do with vocabulary and logic--and I say that as someone with a very high IQ.
That said, at most high schools someone with this IQ would receive some sort of special education assistance, at a minimum resource help for a learning disability. People in special education programs have individual education plans that are geared to their personal skills and needs, but the goal is to have them graduate from high school having completed as close to the normal curriculum as possible. Most resource students do graduate, and many even go on to college. Many special education students find work in manual labor(construction, agricultural work, etc.) or sometimes in technical fields like computer work. Others work in retail work or other service jobs. More profoundly diabled students usually work in sheltered workshops, where they do useful work (with their pay subsidized by government or charitable organizations) geared to their disabilities.

We all know different schools systems have hugely different standards. So we can't make a generalization here. I would say if there was an exit exam that most educators would agree would reflect the minimum level of education necessary to graduate, this person would never pass.
A person with this IQ could probably handle many supervised low skill jobs. Super model, MTV host, rap artist, TV news person.

85 is usually the magic number for Special Ed kids in most American school districts. They're well cared for and many go onto productive lives. The ones in the 85-90 range are the kids you have to woory about. They're usually at the bottom of their classes at school and this often leads to self-esteem problems later in life.

Hang in there buddy , If you really apply yourself you can graduate high school. After high school you could probably land a job as a waffle house cook , or possibly you could be a newspaper delivery boy. Whatever you do just try your best! LOL
