I'd go with the patch. But you really don't need to quit smoking. There's this new thing... I believe it's called Smoke Stik? You should definately look it up. It's crazy cool. Like it's a plastic cigarette with nothing but liquid nicotine in it and it comes out as a vapor when you inhale it and it tastes and feels like a cigarette when you inhale. It comes out looking like smoke as well. There are none of the harmful chemicals in it either. If ever you start the habbit again, I'd go with this lol. Hope I helped <3

A small percentage of smoke is actually a chemical reaction caused by the heating of the elements in the compound. This is why the fire pyramid is now described as the fire tetrahedron , to take into account the chemical reaction also occurring in the burning process
