yes---so that people would see it and say, "How she knows pain. how does she do it?"

for example--i was raped by a 44 year old when i was 10 and nobody knows---when i talk about it, people dont take it as seriously as i wish they would, but if i had a scar, they would just know.

In a way I do wish I had the physical scar, only because the memory of being hurt and the emotion and how it is to see others or believe and trust someone else but the scar itself would of reminded me each time I saw it. So it kinda would balance itself out. Either way the pain would always be within us.

Yes I have.
In fact I looked to self mutilation in the past because I would rather be hurt physically than be hurt emotionally.
So technically, I have already created my physical scars from the people who have hurt me emotionally.

ABSOLUTELY!!!!! At least the physical pain people can see why you hurt...but emotional pain folks don't get...

That is the reason why some people become anorexic, to express physically what they feel inside. I was anorexic for 10 months a couple of years ago in response to a death of a loved one...it made the inner pain go away...

If i'd be so ambitious to allow you to comprehend that your greatest challenge isn't that you imagine you want him yet you won't be able to get previous the actual shown actuality that he doesn't love you. even as examining your question it grew to change into abundantly sparkling that you've a severe self isteem subject matters. i think that psychological abuse is as severe if no more effective so than actual abuse and what your husband took faraway from you in basic terms you are able to get it decrease back. you should ask your self the question "am I more effective perfect off withy him or without him". once you are able to seem your self contained in the reflect and answer genuinely is once you are able to commence to heal. Your husband became not in any respect married to you, you've been married to him. i'm far more effective worried at the same time with his emotional abuse than him screwing round on you. what number situations did he say to you "you'll not in any respect get everyone almost as good as me" or "who would want you"? keep in mind those 2 issues throughout the time of your healing procedure, "human beings will see you as you spot your self" and "often times it really is more effective perfect to wish something than to actual have it". Be good to your self, end this once and for all which contain abosolutley no contact what so ever and then commence your next adventure. desire this helps!!

then i could say see this big f*****g scar on my leg, yah, thats a bad relationship from 3 years ago...it would suck because people would feel sorry for you or all grossed out.

At least with an emotional wound you don't have to show it to everyone, then no one will know that I am messed up.
