Probably, the soonest test you can take is 3 days before you expect your period (I think it's First Response, but I'm not for sure). I'd wait until a few days after your missed period to get a more accurate result. But you could just be overworked or stressed, usually your back doesn't hurt at the beginning of the pregnancy.

NEVER TOO SOON TO TAKE A TEST. HOWEVER THE SYMPTOMS YOU MAYBE FEELING MAYBE AN ONSET OF YOUR PERIOD SO YOU MAY JUST WANT TO WAIT OUT THOSE SEVEN DAYS AND THEN AFTER THE SEVEN DAYS IF THERE IS STILL NO SIGN OF YOUR PERIOD AND YOU STILL HAVE THE SAME SYMPTOMS THEN I WOULD SUGGEST GETTING A TEST.

I think you should definitely have a prgnacy test now. At worst, it may reveal that you are pregnant. At best, it may reveal that you are not (if that is what you are looking for). In any case you will be able to make an intelligent decision with regards to your health.
On the other hand there are other factors that may affect your period, like stress, diet, chang of birth control pills.

Wait until your period is due. When it becomes late - then take a pregnancy test.

the symptoms you describe could be many things, and there are pregnancy tests out there that can be done quite early.
