By richest I mean which three companies are worth the most in the entire world? And this includes conglomorates, coporations, and what not.

Richest is subjective. Who has the most cash in the bank? Who has the largest market capitalization? Check the Forbes 500 list to see which ones made the top 3 this year for market cap. It probably varies by the day, so you'll have to pick a date and run with it. I believe they have an international list, but I'm pretty sure you'll find that the top 3 include 3 oil companies, at least in the past year. Perhaps GE is still up there too?
