The check engine light shows six codes all 5 are o2 sensor 1 is mutabule cylinder miss fire,The car runs ruff and blows black smoke. A fuel pressure check shows a quick leak down from 53psi to 20psi.I beleave a injector is leaking how do I find the bad one

It is probably the spider( injector assy.), the nut kit,( internal fuel delivery lines), or the regulator leaking. The plastic lines will crack. When this happens, the fuel gets sprayed all over the inside of the intake manifold. You have to remove the upper intake to see this. If it is really bad, it will pump fuel into the oil pan, this makes a lot of black smoke, and can catch the car on fire.

Unplug the wire connector to the fuel injector while the vehicle is running. You will hear a definite change in the engine if it's working properly. Do one at a time!

Have the vehicle running. Disconnect the plug from 1 injector and see if the car runs different with it unplugged. If not replace the plug and remove the next. If you unplug one and the car still runs the same then it's that injector that is bad.

really what you do is take the fuel rail off with the injectors attached and turn the key on to turn the fuel pump on to see which one is leakin.

first of all you have to find out how many fuel injectors are in the vehicle. and then get a diagnostic done to find out.

I'VE DONE THIS ISSUE LONG TIME AGO AND IT ENDED UP BEING A REPLACEMENT FUEL PUMP, IF IT ISN'T KEEPING UP AS SOON AS IT SHOULD DOESN'T MEAN IT IS ESCAPING SOMEWHERE IT JUST ISN'T WORKING TO KEEP MY PROBLEM AND THAT WAS $300.00 DROP TANK NEW PUMP AND BRACKET REPLACEMENTS BUT THAT WAS HOW I GOT THE FUEL RIGHT
