the top of my abdomen an where my belly botton is has bulged out but the lower part of my belly is flaby but this might be because I an a big woman.this would be my first.

Depends on where and how you carry. My youngest was lower so my bottom of belly button was "popped" out. Also remember that due to the pregnancy and the baby your innards (stomach, liver, every other abdominal organ) is being moved so it could be a liver, etc.
