Anyone can get all those info (except for court dates, you can get those any time) AFTER the verdict has been delivered. If you get it before, then the defense counsel can argue tainted witness testimony and the whole case can be flushed down leading to a not guilty verdict.

as far as I know you can get info on the courts ruling after the fact, as well as court dates (if you've been subpoenaed, you'll already know when you're supposed to show up) not sure if police reports are out there for public to see though.

Since one of the main themes of the Common law system is justice must be administered in public, you can always get information on the courts rulings and court dates. (With the exception of in camera (private)cases, such as family disputes or IP claims, ect...) As far as police reports, those are confidential except for their use as evidence within the trial.
