About 6 months ago, I had a roommate move in, and they were added to the lease. Problem is that this roommate turns out to never pay the rent or agreed utilities on time. There is not written agreement.
What recourse do i have, if the person refuses to pay on time? or am i stuck until the end of lease covering the roommate to avoid impact to my credit and rating with the landlord?

aside from not paying on time, i found out from a friend who talked to the roommate that he has cocaine in the apt. any recourse there?
