Well i know that the original day for the show when it first premiered was Monday nights. But due to the high competition of other shows such as Heroes caused problems with ratings. So therefore the New CW changed runaways night to Sunday. And then because it was still not getting the ratings wanted they dropped Runaway from the Sunday night slot and replaced it with 7th Heaven. I think that it is no longer on the CW. I hope this helps.
