im kind of having mix feelings about this. its true that he has murdered so many in the must inhumane way possible and he truly does deserve to die for it. but then again, killing him will just put his misery away and what does that say about the way we live? an eye for an eye? it's not the best kind of punishment is all i'm saying. letting him live day and day will be enough to kill a man mentally and physically inside out.

i'm hoping it would not take place in view of the undesirable violence of the final 4 weeks, yet i think there will be greater killings by using fact the Sunnis (Saddam's religious team) make their disapproval customary. quite if the allure is grew to become down and Saddam is finished. you ought to undergo in recommendations that the Sunni's have been the backbone of the army and police under Saddam's rule, and whilst the U. S. 'governor', Paul Bremner, stupidly disbanded the Iraq military and police rigidity, en masse, as one among his first strikes after the invasion, he released into the inhabitants a lot of disgruntled and nicely armed people who, alongside with 'imported' insugents, variety the foremost team of Iraqis battling the Coallition forces. average, the persons of Iraq now hate the Coallition forces (quite the people) lots greater suitable than they loathed Saddam, consequently the area is probable to get lots worse. the least complicated thank you to comprehend the present Iraq venture is to place your self of their place... in different words, think of if the Iraqis had invaded your u . s .. you may quickly come to be sure them _not_ as liberators from a hated president, yet as an occupying rigidity that has progressively wrecked your countrys's infrastructure, and made each and on a daily basis existence completely depressing for the final public (and especailly for women).. This morning, interior the wake of the information approximately Saddam's trial verdict, a number of Iraqis have been interviewed for his or her reactions. one among them made an exceedingly telling fact (which has been actual for many center East international places for hundreds of years) whilst he pronounced "Iraq desires a stable, iron and fireplace chief." that would not say lots for acceptance of the present Iraq government - it somewhat is seen by potential of would Iraqis as a extremely impotent 'American puppet'. so a approaches as your question is going approximately "Will it deliver peace?"... nicely, enable's all desire it does, however the history of Iraq shows peace could be a protracted time coming.

I live in the United States of America in Michigan...and I don't think anyone should take anyones life" Even though he has taken many..from his order's. They should however"..let him sit in a room and rot for the rest of his life". Let people be brought to him to say whatever they want to him..and spit on him and throw things at him...just like they did to Jesus" before they crusified him"...better yet. Or torture him with belts like they did jesus..with those horrible steel things ripping into his skin...there so barbaric...I am sure they can come up with something. You think they would just get it overwith and crusify him. Like they did our Lord and Savior.

He deserves it, but i am shocked that he is ordered by hanging. He even asked the judge to change the form of execution to a firing squad.

i agree with Rainy Day that he should just be left in prison and left to rot. That way, it would be a slow, painful death.

Hang him until he is dead - he murdered (number may never be known as all the mass graves haven't been found yet) of his own people just to rule by terror.

I think its great. But to force hang someone or something its kinds crazy to think about. This bastard cant even sit down and shut up in court. What makes these people think he will cooperate to stick his head in a noose. Its seems a little barbaric but just.

Of course which of us was there and saw it with our own eyes, but based on what I've read and seen reported on TV, he is guilty of multiple murders and tortures, so, yes, the usual punishment for that is death, so why not him.

Sure he should die. Eye for an Eye. I am not sure hanging is the best way to do it. I agree with submerging him in a pool of acid... we should kill him in the slowest, most painful way possible.

I think he should be stoned to death. Let the families of the victims that he killed be the ones to throw the stones.
