Hmmm. A good contest. Triple speed reflexes and strength versus a radar sense and Olympic level strength. I have to give the edge to DD, since (unless Slade Wlson has some way of knowing about his enhanced senses) he will have at least a split second of warning and Wilson's first attack will miss. Then, it's Matt's inning. He might not be able to land a billy on the Terminator. But he is well-versed in fighting with someone who uses a staff (courtesy of Stick!) It's close, very close. I think Murdoch will come out on top, though just barely. He will be badly injured himself.

(Unless the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles come to his rescue out of the sewer...!)

I think that Daredevil puts up a good fight but ultimately he falls before the Terminator. Deathstroke, would get the drop on Daredevil, but thanks to his years of experience and radar sense, he survives the initial attack. Matt then takes it to Slade. The resulting battle is a dramatic ballet of touch and go, give and take. In the end it is Deathstroke's ability to use 90% of his brain's potential to out plot and out react DD. That is not to say that Deathstroke, the Terminator walks away unscathed.... he wins the battle and takes home some new scars.
