Why in some movies do human mothers die eithe rin the process or after giving birth to an alien Baby?

Well, a human baby does a lot to the body, can you imagine what an alien baby must do, especially if it's diet is different? Probably has to feed right away.

The baby will have maybe a couple of minutes and then die as well since he will not get any oxygen.... To save the baby they would need to cut it out of the mother... A Dr. would need to do it so that the baby would not be harmed in the process. Basically it would be a c-section. That is a very odd question.... I really hope that you are not getting any ideas.... I have seen stuff like that in the news before with mothers being killed and the baby stolen... and let me tell you, everyone of them got caught.

In the past, because of a lack of technology, women frequently died during child birth.

We would definitely not have the technology to deliver Alien babies, as we don't know their genetic make up.

Also, the mother character must be killed off because she would stop at no ends to protect her child. A child in which it is the movies intention to either manipulate, exploit, or destroy. The mother must be killed during child birth, because we would be more sympathetic to the Alien if the mother were killed protecting her young.

What else are they supposed to do. the act of giving birth to an alien baby is supposed to show how powerful it is. killing off the mother is the first step. everyone else is next.
