My ex wife was like this. She could only come when I went down on her clit. I don't think that she ever had an orgasm without me tonging her vagina and clitoris. but she didn't have any trouble with it. At least I thought enough about her to make her come. Some guys don't care. So if you're only orgasming by clitoral stimulation, at least be glad that you can come. Some gals can't.

neither can i. in fact i can't have an orgasm with a guy period. it's a mental block. but me an my bf are working on it and he doesn't make me feel like a failure as a woman. good luck.
