Ice pack. Get on it and stay on it.

well... i just got over a groin pull and it took about 5 weeks for it to heal and i couldnt walk for 3 of those weeks. mine sounds just like yours because it didnt hurt that bad at first and then i ran at a cross country meet and i was out the rest of the season. so moral of the story is... if you play this game it might be your last.

if you got a big hockey game and groin hurts hons, wear a jock strap, and when nobody s looking pack some soft cotton in jock strap hons and cushion it downe iside to protect it from pulling hons!!

A groin pull will only improve over time. Don't stress it anymore.

It sounds like a groin pull. Go to your doctor, you probably should be playing.

go to the doctor, you probably aren't playing hockey in 24h. you've at least pulled a groin muscle!! not good if you keep using it!
