My freind said he was born in Cuba(he was joking). All the other people started saying,"Oh My Gosh, You are a Cuban!!!" If he really was, is he a Cuban? I don't think so!!!

You would still be an american...your birth certificate would state that you were an American born abroad. So long as both parents are Americans.

If he was born on Cuban soil then yes he is a Cuban American. If he was born in Cuba on American soil then no he is just a United States American.

My sister had a baby overseas and yes her son is still an American, but he can never run for President. (since he wasn't actual born on American soil)

I think you are still an American because your parents are for the United states.

i think you might be a citizen of both countries. you can also never become president of the US
