And if so, then wouldn't they tell us they want us to vote for the opposite of what they really want? Like if they wanted us to vote for Republicans, wouldn't they say they wanted us to vote for Democrats? And then wouldn't they know that we would have this logic, so then they would actually tell us to vote for democrats, knowing we would think they wanted republicans, when they actually did want democrats? Or is this issue just complete propaganda made up by some people.

Personally, I think they want us to vote for democrats.
Why??
Well, under GW we have a strong defense. Republicans pretty much make sure of that. Democrats aren't so pushy with that. Democrats also aren't as straight forward. They won't go to war as easily. With a Democratic president, we simply are an easier target.
They know GW will get back at them if they do something. Most Democratic presidents, probably wouldn't do anything about it and want to do it peacefully. With all the evil in the world, it can't be done peacefully.
Of course, that's just my opinion. There will always be war.

It's really hard to say. You make an interesting, albeit somewhat confusing point. It reminds me of that scene in Labyrinth between Sarah and the two doors.
I'd try to find out for myself, but fortunately I do not have nearby access to a terrorist (at least I hope I don't).
It does seem quite obvious though, that they perceive our media to be a useful tool in their plans.

Yes, they want you to vote for Dems. Remember when Clinton was in the White House? He did nothing to stop terrorists. He was too busy with his cigars. Dems are known for being soft on terrorists & crime.
If you want more Terrorist attacks vote for the Dems tomorrow.

Remember the announcement that they would not attack states which didn't vote for Bush. Yes, they want you to vote Democrats who are historically weak on crime and anti-terrorism.
