Moves your skeleton apparently. It's job is to move your skeleton. The bones help structure this body so it can sustain movement.

Skeletal muscles are what you'd think of as "regular" muscles. It's just the more scientifically/biologically/anatomically "correct" term. They are the muscles that attach to and move your skeleton. They are responsible for all your physical movements, and, of course, they can be built up by exercising them.

Skeletal muscles strengthen the body and allow defense against hurting the inner organs , like if someone gets hit, the skeletal muscles protect the inner body and its organs from fatal problems. tendons which connect mucles to bones help skeletal muscles do their job.
