Have you ever been to Brazil? What do you think of it?

I went to Salvador and Rio last year. I LOVED it (Salvador more than Rio, which I found a little pretentious and too full of stupid backpackers -then again I was staying in Impanema and only for a few days).

The only complaint I have about Salvador is that the weather was terrible for the six weeks that I was there-it rained pretty much every day. I know it sounds corny but the people I met in Brazil were the nicest and friendliest I ever met in my live.

I knew only the south of Brazil, Porto Alegre, Florianopolis. stayed few days in Rio and Sao Paulo.

Brazil is wonderful. Very good food, the weather is very nice. The people is nice, their hospitality, awesome places to visit.

i have been to all the major cities of brazil, not very impressed except with rio that was nice and the falls

I would love to visit Brazil....my mother immirgrated from there in 1958--I would love to visit my relatives who are still there!

I have....It's sooo beautiful.Except you better know Portuguese...I had to take a class for it before I went on my business trip there.
