As with most people on their levels they would likely talk about something that is of common interest to each other. I would think that they would agree on the subjects of peace, equality for all, love and various moral values. They would each talk about the importance of those subjects in today's society.

Their sadness at the many people who took their faith and manipulated it to acheive their own ends, although the Buddha may find himself with less to talk about on this subject. However, Jesus and the Buddha could have fascinating conversations on the subject of the importance of awareness (think of Christ's many admonitions to "stay awake".

America's Next Top Model, and maybe cheese.
Because, come on, who can fight the power of a good crusty block of cheese?
Not me, and not jesus and his posse, that's for sure.
Uh, no seriously.
I think they'd talk about choice.
They're choices, our choices, the world's choices.
I don't know if anyone's ever read East of Eden by Steinbeck, but there's this thing they talk about called, "Timshel".
It's this jewish term meaning, "Thou Mayest".
Now, the importance of this is that in modern biblical terms, the bible says instead, "Thou Can"... or however them old folk would put it. The point is, these terms were put in regards to human choice.
So, though our new version says, 'we can', in regards to human choice, the old version says, 'we may'.
Which means, originally, it was said we may have choice, we may do as we please. Good or bad, Cain and Able, kill or not.
It's not can. Can imlies choicelessness. For though we can, we may not.
Uh...get it?
So I think they'd discuss the wrongs--and maybe even rights we do in the name of them.
While maybe, we should just being doing it because, well, we may.

They would sit around saying...
"Oh look at that, look at what is happening in the middle east I knew that was going to happen"... "Well what do you expect we never did get our stories in sync." "but they were very similar" "not close enough" "Why was that?" "lack of purity mate." "I know you are right." "we did not make sure all people got exactly the same message." "looks like someone else will have to step up."
"You know If only we had the Internet back then.... things could have been different!"

They would probably not talk in the sense we know, but they would "meet" as a congregation of mind and spirit to raise the consciousness level of the rest of Humanity.

They would talk about how and why humans have ruined such beautiful religions and made a mockery out off justice. They'll also be amazed how much hate is spread in the name of God.

They would probably discuss the higher existence of Life. On the other hand, they would Probably Kill Jesus again in anger.
For God said...(Isa 55:8) For my thoughts [are] not your thoughts, neither [are] your ways my ways, says the LORD.
(Isa 55:9 ) For [as] the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

More than likely, Buddha would be discussing the violence that goes on in Jesus' and Mohammed's names. Jesus and Mohammed would be discussing their father (God/Allah who are the SAME ENTITY), and asking him why he sends so many mixed messages.
Then they would all kick back and laugh about the absurdities of mankind.
