I guess this is a question only a DJ can answer. I took a guess of about 100-150 songs during a 6 hr night. Maybe more, maybe less?

Depends on what type of music is being played most hip-hop songs last a maximum of 4 to 5 minutes as dance mixes (not tha lame versions you hear on the radio) so 5 divided into 60 is 12 and 12 times 6 is 72 if each song is 5 minutes. For electronica/techno a song can last anywhere from 4 to 8 minutes depends on the mix because most electronica/techno mixes have break beats in between the verses (of course lots of techno songs don't have many lyrics) so the dj can play a song and mix into a new one on the first or second breakbeat...maybe even a third breakbeat depending on the song.

This is all if the DJ is mixing if they aren't then they're not a REAL DJ they're just a person playing music they got off lime wire and burned to cd thinking they're something they're not.

Real DJ's use the needle more than the laser.

Ok based on 3-4 minute tracks you are talking 90-120 in a six hour night. If you have extended mixes etc. averaging 6-8 minutes the figure is between 50-60.
