Hahah, I was just looking for a program and I found it here:

I use it for the videos downloaded through youtube and google video
this is better than riva (because its FREE)
riva only has a 30 day trial period.

you can try many softwares in download.com... but the try for the softwares which can give u a perfect result...
i.e b4 u download... lookout for what the type of trial version they are giving and overall just see some screen shots of that software...
i recomend u <
