It could be harmed if the pressure was severe!

Usually nothing, the womb is very protected in case of falls and such. Of course you dont want to punch her but if you press on it, it would probably just make the baby move. If I cant feel my baby move for a while I apply a little pressure or rub and there she goes.

depends on how much preasure but probably nothing. Amniotic fluid surrounds the baby in your uterus. It helps to protect and cushion your baby inside the amniotic sac and protects against infection to the baby and your uterus.
In a 1998 article in the European Journal of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology, five pregnant mothers were admitted for repeated direct blunt abdominal trauma due to "falls" during pregnancy. Preterm contractions were noted in three patients -- one of which actually delivered preterm.

Seat belt syndrome and its possible effects for pregnancy has also been considered. The term "seat belt" syndrome is used for the injuries caused by contact forces between the human body and the seat belt which result from the acceleration force. Injuries such as ruptured uterus are rare, but do occur. It is still recommended that pregnant women wear the lap belt and shoulder harness during pregnancy. The lap belt should be worn close to the pubic bone.

The amniotic sac is what counteracts the pressure. I was beaten bloody by my 2nd borns father while I was pregnant with her. He weighed atleast 180 lbs and literally sat on top of my stomach with all of his weight while choking me until I passed out. My daughter is fine. She has excema, a skin rash and allergies. If the body was in any real danger her water would break and she would go into labor to save the child or the mother. Our bodies are very smart. God is a miracle worker.

How much pressure are we talking about here?

Doctors press on a woman's "stomach" all the time when she's pregnant--it does nothing to the baby itself and only checks to see how everything is going.

If someone were to STAND on the pregnant woman, then she would probably have a miscarriage or deliver a stillborn.

Sometimes they push on mothers bellies to rotate the baby if it will be born breach. The child won't sustain injury. Pressure will only move the baby around and let you feel it.

Depends on pressure applied per square inch, how many weeks along, etc. Women are remarkably built to carry a child ! This WILL NOT work as a cheap abortion !

Ananova:

Kickboxer gives birth after fight

A 17-year-old kickboxer who didn't know she was pregnant gave birth to a baby daughter after a competition.

Dutch junior fighter Pamela Vugts was rushed to hospital when she started bleeding the day after a kickbox gala in Den Bosch.

Doctors told her she was seven months pregnant and later that day she gave birth to a healthy baby girl by Caesarian, reports the Destentor website.

Neither Pamela nor her parents knew she was pregnant, although the scales showed she was more than 17lbs overweight before her fight.

"She has always been a bit heavy," said her father, Cor. "And because she was having her monthly periods we thought she had just put on weight."

It just depends on how hard you were pushed. If it wasn't to hard then the baby should be fine. If you are really concerned then see a doctor.

Why would you want to do that? If you have you should call your Dr. better to be safe than sorry. A little pressure probably wouldnt do anything.
