It seems to be illegal to use the company's logo as a logo for a website against it. Any suggestions on how to create a logo against the company?

Design your own logo, and make sure it's not too much like the company's logo, or you'll be sued.

If your intent is parody, then their is no copyright infraction. If it's straight "the company sucks" website, you should have a graphic designer develop a logo that is similar to the other logo without being an exact copy. You should be able to argue, if sued, that the logo itself is intended as parody, even if the website is not a parody.

No.Unless you're employed for that manufacturer you have got to get permission. Outside of copyright infringement, there are different problems the manufacturer whose trademark you wish to make use of would possibly see. If you employ someones trademark or brand, folks who move in your internet site would possibly style a connection among your internet site/product and the manufacturer whose brand looks to your web site. It might now not be really helpful you employ the brand, until you first touch the manufacturer. If they do deliver you permission, I might acquire written permission earlier than you maintain, to ensure you're as risk-free as can also be from litigation if some thing occurs at some point. Sorry if I used to be harsh however its the smack dab reality and also you would get into severe main issue.
