well maybe you dont look your best with eyeliner, but if you do then well okay just have a really steady hand
I would recommend starting to apply eyeliner with a pencil or a soft pencil(more perferred b/c you dont have to sharpen it) then after you get good with that then you can use liquid(which most people hate and have a hard time getting on-but i love it) b.c you can get way more precise lines and it lasts longer throughout the day! also DONT over do it the tiniest line SERIOUSLY the smallest line looks huge once you apply it b/c focuse is around the eye. use only a little and get it as close to the eye as possible so it doesn't look like you have white lines(from the skin with no liner on it) in between your eye and the liner

APPLYING: You apply Kiss Me just like a regular liquid eyeliner. Its precision brush makes it as easy as using a pencil! It is important that you do not use moisturizers, foundations, etc... before applying the eyeliner. Kiss Me requires a dry, clean surface in order to adhere properly. When Kiss Me sets (about 1 minutes), it will form an intense water-resistant layer of color that lasts as long as you want it to last.

There are a pair of secrets and methods, first of all is calling a competent eyeliner pencil. i individually like Clinques Quickliner for Eyes--you may get it at any Clinique conter at any branch shop. It would not desire sprucing by using fact's a screw up variety (regardless of the shown fact that it would not retract, so merely screw up what you like) and has a equipped in little sponge tip for mixing. the subsequent key is to relax the ball of your hand on your chin jointly as you're lining your eyes, and to apply short strokes, somewhat than attempting to allure to one non-end line. i don't have a video, yet optimistically you are able to parent it out from those instructions. good success!

hey well first of all i dont think eye liner is for everybody. you may not need it. second, is color. do you need dark? black? or something lighter like a blue or broze?

you should also try different kinds. theres liquid (which i dont recommend starting out with) or that really hard stuff. then there are some brands (Mary Kay) that will go on smooth. Just practice. But remember you may not even need it!

i put eyeliner on the inside of my eyelashes (the part between your eyelash and your eye) because there it looks the most natural and enhances your beauty and makes your eyes pop. try to aviod outrageous colors like pink and orange. go with neautral colors at first untill you get used to it. if your blonde dont do black do a brown and if your brunette do a dark brown, maybe black, or even grey, if your a redhead go with whatever color except red i suppose.

good luck.

i guess it depends on how much u want to put on.. if you want a heavy or thin line. If you want a heavy go from above your bottom lashline nd down or if you want a thin just put it rite below ur eye... another thing to try if it looks wierd would be a different color. also maybe it just looks weird to you because ur not used to it but good luck to ya

I put my eyeliner above my lower eyelashes until it is very very dark like black. bcause i go across it so much (10 times or so) it goes inbetween my lower eyelashes. Then on the outer sides of my eyes i put a very small line pointing up a bit.

Do it carefully. that will make it neat. Do not do it
sloppy or else, It will look sloppy and messy. That is how you put on eyeliner properly and pretty.
