I am betting on horse number 12, Pop Rock. It won the Geelong cup which is a warm up for the Melbourne Cup. I was also born on the 12th.

Railings trained by John Hawkes. Beadman to pilot was in the cup last year i think Shane Dye piloted him tho. Shane Good jock but Beadman would was offered to ride 3 others he declined took Railing can handle the moisture sweet barrier. Well the mudda fker better win ot ill be singin for me supper for 2 weeks $2000 eachway. Go through reiable betting agency. Yeats will be hard to beat. Last year railings was pushed forward to early he is a reliable stayer. Go on whack a few hundred on it. Payiny $23 on uni tab *conditions apply
*conditions are if it dont win i will not take any responsibility whatsoever. All horse racing winners are harder to pick than a broken nose.

If it were me I wouldnt bet on Tawqeet because he is favourite and in my mind he has to much pressure to win. I am betting on On a Jeune because he ran second to Makybe Diva Last year and I believe he can both take it out and run the distance. I also believe that Pop Rock will do well the Japanese Horse being riden by Damien Oliver. Activation is also having good reviews. If you didnt already know It is raining there at the moment.

I haven't gambled for several years as it is no longer in my nature as a born-again Christian. I also don't like horse-racing for the safety factor involved for the jockeys and horses in many "fields". I was interested however who was racing in the Cup because it is exciting and I prayed for the horses and jockeys for God to protect them. I thought the horses in with a good chance because of their recent wins were Georgieland, Tawkeet, Yates and Maybe Better. One of them got a place (3rd). Just as well I don''t gamble anymore!

I bet on three horses.
Tawqeet - why? because he's the favourite
Mandela - why? an inspriational name and some of his statistics involve my lucky numbers
Short Pause - why? he was for a brief time the least favourite, so I should get lots of money if he comes first.
(Less than an hour to go at the time of me writing this post)
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!

I am betting on 2 horses. The first one is Yates, because my daughters have told me to(they are Irish)and the second one I am backing, but I don't think it will win is Kerry O'Rielly,I am backing it only because my best friend is from Kerry(Ireland),and her surname is O'Rielly.
