my pants were completely dry, and I noticed when he got a "excited" he was complaining because his undies were too tight, so I think he didn't have a complete erection (sorry to be too graphic)

I'm almost sure my ovulation day was on the 31th, because my last two periods have been very regular (28 days cycle) and last week I noticed a white secretion.
another thing, I'm very worried, but don't know why, so can this affect my period, it's due on november 13, 14th

First of all, pregnany can only occur if insemenation occurs before ovulation, not days after. Dry humping WITH CLOTHES ON and AFTER you ovulated causing pregnancy would be an amazing miracle.

No you are not pregant. First off even if he ejaculated (which it doesn't sound like he did) sperm can go through clothes. Secondly if you truley ovulated Oct 31 the egg would have died within a few hours.
