I used the Crest whitening strip, and I saw results in 2 days. But only 1 box of them should be sufficient b/c if you use more of the whitening strips, it could make your teeth really sensitive.

Getting them professionally whitened by a dentist would probably be the best way. Other than that use crest White Strips.

i use crest white strips premium.you get them from you dentist. the have more of whatever it is the whitens your teeth so you see results way faster. and you don't have to wear them for as long. i started to see results right after i took off the strip

Crest White strips are best at home but go to the dentist for a professional cleaning and whiting.

Oral B strips...a little more costly than Crest Whitestrips, but it takes about 1/2 the time.
