you cant legaly chaarge any on on a sunday it may be due but the following business day is when its due hons-- and if a hioliday falls on a monday like christmas is this year(20006 season) then, it gets extended too a tuesday actually, at midnight on a folowing business day hons, anyways, legally you do not have too pay rent on a sunday and bye law they can not evict you on a sunday. if you have a drop box what are you so wooried about?? and no wyour rent must be at least 10 days old bye law for a late fe too kick inn-

Yes...I got charged a late fee for the WST that was due on a sunday and paid on monday. Same thing, office was closed. They told me they had a drop slot. I reminded them they had lost payments through there before so I only hand it to someone. So they told me I should have paid on Friday then.

Depends on your lease. In a lot of cases your lease will have a statement like "Rent due by the 5th day of the month or a 5% late fee will apply".

specific, legally, till hire is paid in complete it somewhat is previous due and previous due expenditures persist with. listening to that they do no longer basically counts if your landlord advised you that as long as you pay him a dollar you are able to only bypass forward and borrow something of the hire money for awhile.

Generally, it should be the next business day - unless specified in your lease agreement.
