Moved to Bismarck, ND (Yeah, I know...freaking cold!). Bought a 2500 sq ft home on a 10,000 sq ft lot, 4 beds / 3 baths / 3 car garage for $189,000. Crime rate one of the lowest in the nation, unemployment at 3% or less.
