I'm assuming you're talking in terms of rotisserie...because it does matter.
If that's the case then no that's not a good deal if you're getting Kobe! Kobe's still battling an off season injury and it's reflecting in his play. Marion on the other hand is ranked number one for fantasy by Yahoo's automated ranking system (ranks by the numbers, not by bias).
Otherwise, if you're giving up Kobe for Marion, I say go for it in a second! Even if Kobe's healthy, Marion's better numbers for you all around.
Check out the link below for more cool fantasy insite. It's free and it helped me at least.

Why do you need our adivces when you just answer your question. The Suns have more weapons then the Lakers do. The Suns got all the people you name and the Lakers other has 2 or 3 good people. Besides Kobe is a MVP and Marion is not. Plus Kobe can puts up more numbers than Marion does and Kobe has always been good with or without Shaq. Marion on the other hand is not good without Nash. With Nash came to Phoenix he made Marion and Amare a lot better but before that Marion was doing nothing.
Keep Kobe because he is better than Marion and he puts up more numbers.

Marion has been a stud for the Suns even with Amare and Nash. They may have a lot of other players, but he is still the #2 or #3 scoring option, and he does a lot more in the other categories than Kobe. If you're playing rotisserie, I'd definitely take Marion over Kobe.

It's true what you said about Marion, but the only thing that actually matters is the fact that Amare Stoudamire is back. As of yet Amare isn't in full form so has yet to make a big impact just yet, but once he's back to normal, he will be taking Marion's rebounds and blocked shots.
Don't let this worry you too much though, even in Amare's first year, Marion averaged a double double. Don't let last year fool you either, Marion had a career year and is highly unlikly that he can recreate those numbers again.
It comes down to what you need, Kobe will give you better FT%, 3pts, points, assists, and steals. Marion will have the FG%, rebounds, blocks and less turnovers.

Marion is an all around dude...Kobe is simply good points--not many rebs, asts, or anything like that. He does get alot more free throws and 3s than Marion though...it's pretty tight, but I'd go with Marion. He's the better all-around producer.

I would not do it, Kobe is that team. With Stoudomire back all the way that will take away from some of Marion's numbers.
