Weight has more to do with height than age. Also, there are different body types and that can not be changed, no matter how much we diet. 125 sounds like a very healthy and attractive weight. If you are over 5'6" this could be considered underweight. Either way 5 or 10 pounds in either direction of what is considered to be your normal weight for your height can be healthy and attractive. I would be willing to bet that even the girls who look perfectly skinny have plenty to complain about when it comes to their bodies just like everyone else.
The weight watchers web site has a calculator to help you figure out a healthy weight. You'll have to tell the calculator that you are 18 to make it work.

your 16, that really doesn't mean much. we could make a better comparison if you told us how tall you are. For example. I'm 5'4 at 128. That's concidered within the appropreate BMI range for me. so if your 5'4 your in a good weight. If you loose too much more you'll be below your BMI (which is ideal average weight for your height) and that can be unhealthy. Find a BMI Chart to see how you are. Your only 16, so you have quite a good metabolisim to help you lose wight if you need to... unlike me where I'm 25 and it takes more time now (in comparison to when I was 16) to get weight off. But think healthy, not what you see in mags or on stars.

It really depends on your bone structure, your height and how comforatble you feel in your own skin. If you were 155 and now are 125 I would say you have lost enough weight and possibly need to do some toning to firm up what you have now. Try walking, sit ups/crunches and some light free weights to start. Good Luck!

i comprehend which you do no longer % to hearken to this, yet one hundred forty is an exceedingly great weight for somebody who's 5'7". Please have faith me in this. as long as you're ingesting favourite nutrition, getting a minimum of 20 min of workout daily and making particular you get particularly some sleep, you're high-quality. i'm 5'7" and that i weighted one hundred forty and appeared marvelous. Then I have been given somewhat under pressure out and dropped right down to 128-one hundred thirty and that i seem unwell. Its no longer wholesome. i can't even locate outfits that do no longer make me seem skeletal. enjoy having a wholesome appealing physique and concentration on enjoying your existence, no longer being an excellent selection. :)

It's based on height, not age. Go to weightwatchers.com and try some of their free assessments-- it will give you your BMI, which is your body-mass-index, which tells you if you are healthy or not. You want a BMI of 22-25.
Good for you on losing 30 pounds...I'm sure you feel much healthier and better. Just do it the smart way, with the RIGHT foods, not just less food. :-)

You can't base your weight on your age...you should base it on your build- whether you're tall or short, curvy or flatter. But, I would NEVER think 125 is too much- not at 16. I think that's a good weight- about average. No worries missy!

Your weight really depends on your height. Your doctor should be able to tell you what your ideal weight should be according to your height. If you are about 5' 6" , I believe you are at a healthy normal weight for your height.
