Reading this, I thought you were a girl. If your bro is really good with women, then you are an at an advantage. by the way, it is only wierd if you think its wierd. Hes your bro, not other peoplees bro, who cares what they think.

In the long run, it depends on where you expect everything to go. Do you want to join in while he is masturbating or do you want to help him, that sort of thing is what you need to look for. I dunno you say you like girls and i'm going to trust you on that one but even if you were gay it seems that looking at your brother that way is unhealthy. It wouldn't seem right to look at your dad that way or for a girl to enjoy looking at her mom or sister naked so it seems the same would apply.
