Sure I would, I think that I even may have at some point! :D

It's a good name, nice imagery with plenty of variety for a lot of people. You could go anywhere from a cheerily painted moon and stars motif for a breakfast cafe, to a smoky, bluesy, after hours tango salon in a traditional club setting with a single neon blue moon outside of the door, and one opposite it on the inside. Plaque inside each that says CAFE, I think it's more mysterious, but it could also be in neon script.

You could pull off a lunch place with curtains, tablecloths and
a nicely placed border of stars, and a couple of prints of the moon tinted blue in pretty frames.

I'd love to open a nightspot eatery with that name, no alcohol, make 40's stuff for all the staff to wear, and decorate it nicely
like a vintage tropical hotspot. Get a live singer in here, could
be a really good business. Of course, I'd like to do this in Belize. LOL.

It might be a good idea to put Dining behind it or some reference to an eatery.
Only because Blue Moon can be associated with a Pagan/Wicca/Mystical store that would care herbs and supplies.
So if you indicated in the name that it was a place to eat, there would not be any confusion.

Great name though!

We have a cafe called the Blue Moon Diner and the building looks like an airstream trailer. It is good, home-style cooking...

Of course I would! I love the moon and I think it is so romantic. I love the full moon and call it " FOOL MOON ". This would be a good name for a cafe too. Suggestion.

ONCE tee hee. just kidding. Nice imagery. Hard to fit the menu into the theme, though. But, with some thought, I'm sure you could. You could sure offer an interesting blue plate special, with moon shaped plates.
You've got me intrigued. I'll be there when you open.

I heard that name for a cafe before like on a soap opera or on elimadate but it looked pretty good.

Sure.

Just make sure you have a "blue moon special" whatever that might be.
