it was on a rock radio station...and i only know parts of the song...please help...the parts go like this..."and the angel closes her eyes..."then later in the song it goes..."and the angel opens her wings..." its a slow touching song

My first instinct would be to tell you that it is "Lightning Crashes" by Live, just as everyone else has, but that song doesn't contain the line "and the angel opens her wings." Either you misundestood the line (he says "opens her eyes") or you are thinking of a different song. If that's the case type in that line and search yahoo.

I believe it's called "Lightning Crashes" but I can't remember who sings it.
