If you still count Pluto as a planet, then it does. If I remember rightly it takes approx 248 years to orbit the sun.
However, Pluto was declassified as a planet earlier this year so Nepune takes the longest to orbit the Sun. Approx 165 years.

The greater distant planets are greater out, so the circumference they ought to commute to end an orbit is longer, so it takes longer. How do you award 20 factors? i presumed you are able to merely supply 10.

Pluto or Neptune, depends on wheter you believe a planet should be reduced in stature. It'll be a cold day in hell before I believe in 8 planets.
