i was 21 weeks (5 months) and there was no water.

1. the longer no water, the likelyer infection
2. baby cannot move if there is no water/amniotic fluid, and so he gets stuck and develops what they call "band" on his body
3. they need to deliver

ps. i had a stillborn.

if you're at 8 months, try keeping the baby in as long as u can, but hopefully avoid infection, cause that can kill the baby and can infect your uterus

infected uterus = sterility

Well depends on what fluid they are talking about, and i hope that it is not a serious problem. I would talk to your doctor and get more details. Good Luck......
