The Bush administration refused to deploy reinforcements to assist in the assault on Tora Bora when the commanders on the scene requested them even though appropriate elements of the Special Operations Command were readily available. There was solid evidence that UBL was there. Usama escaped. Was this failure the result of a Neo-con conspiracy to justify the expansion of the war on terror?

Get a grip, people, will you????!!! Finding ObL in Tora Bora and killing him would be like eradicating all the ants in your state. And the ants aren't being helped to hide by friendly termites, either!

They knew it would do no good. OBL was seen boarding a flying saucer and flying out of Afghanistan. So much for this conspiracy.
