I would say all 3 would be what it did to that guys health! His health just went downhill and he even barfed after eating one of the meals... thats reason enough for me!

i learned that i really don't want to ever go to mcdonalds again!!!
i watched that movie last year...and have only eaten mcdonalds once, but it was only cause i was forced!! ;)
another thing....DON'T EVER SUPERSIZE! (even though its not around anymore!!)

~Don't eat the chicken McNuggets, they're made from aged chickens that are soaked in bleach.
