My friend said you ahve to get their represenative's e-mail first and then email them a couple times telling them how muc hof a good fan you are and how you are a nice person and they celeb is your role model. I woudl appreciate it if someone would answer this question.

About the best you can do is email their webmaster and have your message forwarded to them.

They might note them in some magazines during an interview. Or they could be on the celebrity's myspace page or official website.

I detect the distinct aroma of bullsh*t. Whatever your friend said, they were just yanking your chain. There is no way a rep would give that info out.

unfortunately you wont have any luck. celebrities will not allow anyone to know their personal info
