All sites that allow you to track/find someone charge. It's big business and makes major money for the companies that operate them.
You won't find a free site. If you are serious about finding your 'lost love' then spend some money. Don't have any? - The chances are that person won't be interested in you if you don't have money anyway - Ever think about that?
Also be careful because trying to track someone down like that could be seen as stalking. If you know friends of the person, then ask those people.

Free sites are wont get u what u want... Best to try and find someone who mihjt know your lost love and see if they cant get u in touch... Hang in there!! I have been in the same situation before....

I am not sure which country you are in but if you are in the US you could try posting a message at http://www.rootsweb.com/ on the 'message board'. This is free and if you narrow it down to the specific state where she was last know to be living you just may find someone who knows her.
