You need more than software. You need a scan tool.
By the way, are you certified to work on SRSystems?

You can't, that is proprietary software. You can try to replace the module and see if that shuts it off. Of course, it may blow the airbags, so the choice is yours. Personally, I'd spend the hundred bucks and make sure that every thing in the system is still ok.

Scan tool, $300-4000.
Check with your parts store, tool supplier, etc.
Snap-On makes them, Sears, etc.
