I can't find the actual cheat code for perfect manuals and it's really aggravating me.

All right, I don't really know what perfect manuals is, but here's a link with a bunch of codes and stuff.

I live at a group home and a kid had the Tony Hawk's Underground 2, and he used the perfect manual cheat but I didn't exactly catch what the cheat was.
