A lingurie question: If you have the corset thingy... with the garter straps, how do they work with thigh high

We have the thigh highs with the elastic and the garter straps have the little metal thingies... (I am clueless here) how do you get them to hook up? Do you hook the garter thingies up to the thigh highs like in the elastic, or in the hose?

Ok, the garter part has the metal part and then this little rubber button type thing... we couldn't figure out how you "buttoned" the elastic with the rubber part and the garter

Thigh highs have the elastic so you don't need the garter belt, but I always find that they start to slip down after you cross your legs several times. You can by nylons made for garter belts (at Victoria Secret) and the metal clip fits on the nylons themselves. I think you can attach your thigh highs (never done that myself) and it should not matter if you put the clip on the elastic part. You will get it with practice. I like garter belts too. They are a lot more sexy than pantyhose.

The garter and thigh highs usually come in a set, so that you can hook them up to eachother fine, but if you bought the garter as a seperate from the thigh highs....they may not be compatible. For the garter you said, had a button, but you did not mention something similar on the thigh highs, so you just may have to purchase the thigh highs that are suppose to go with the whole outfit.

Garter belts with clips work on both types of hose. The elastic tops are meant to stay up on their own but have a tendency to bind (if you have any fat at all). Put the plastic "button part" on the inside of the top of your hose in line with the belt (so they'll be straight)With the hose material between the button and the metal clip slide the clip over the material to catch on the plastic button. I hate panty hose! Put the corset on then the hose and connect don't try to put it on all at once.

weool- the garter usually has like a button thingy that snapts onto the thigh highs. Some garter belts don;t have these but- ii think you could have been better off if you bought both from the same maufacturer.

to the elastic,

however if your wearing a corset with garters and you want to look hot go to ebay and look up
RHT stockings
and order a sizes two to 2.5xs sizes more than your shoe size
if your shoe sizes is a 7 then your nylon stocking size is a 9 or 9.5

These are real vintage stockings and they will ake your already great legs look un believable

I recomend highly.

Because your dealing with shear nylon always get the reienforced heel and toe stockings as you will avoid runs

trust me on this, my wife is a professional vintage stocking wearer
