The courts just said you win . Its your job to collect the money. Some states let you garnish wages . If he owns anything of value you maybe able to put a lien on it . I know its not much help. Call a local lawyer and ask them over the phone , they will talk briefly with you for free.

First, you will need his new address, and place of employment..Then you will need the service of an attorney in the state where he is now living..Your attorney will file the judgment in the county where he now lives and then attach his wages at his place of employment..Provided he is not self-employed shouldn't be a big deal..However, you know the old saying."You can't get blood from a turnip"..meaning you can't get money from someone who doesn't have any. You can also attach any real property he owns, tie up his bank accounts, etc provided he has these things.
Good luck !

You can follow up and garnish his wages in an action to collect on the judgment. Just because he has moved out of state will not protect him.

you need to go back to the courts. Judgements are handed out by the court and failure to follow through on the judgement is a court issue, not for you to call and harrass him.
