Don't know online but there is a gothic store in the mall here so a mall in a city near you should have the same store. It is a chain. Don't remember the name of the store

go to ebay.. they have all of that stuff on there. just put in gothic lolita and there are hundreds of listings

None of the above answers will get you a real gothic lolita dress and a good chunk of ebays "gothic lolita" listings aren't really lolita.
Most of these stores are in japanese but, if you take the web address and google it there will be an option next to the link on the google page that says translate.
Only some of these shops will ship internationally but, there are shopping services that will purchase the item for you and have it sent to you.
